1. Service

NovaStat provides online courses on statistics and data mining with Excel, including in-browser lab exercises, knowledge checks, final exams and certificates.

2. Free and Pro

The first lesson of every course is free. Pro unlocks all lessons, exams and certificates.

3. Prices

• Pro monthly — CHF 29 per month
• Pro yearly — CHF 199 per year

4. Subscriptions bought in the app

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

5. Certificates

A certificate confirms that you completed the course and passed its exam. It is issued by NovaStat and is not a state-recognised qualification.

6. Formulas and lab exercises

The formulas and worked examples in the courses may be used freely in your own work. The browser lab is a teaching tool: it reproduces the behaviour of the Excel functions it covers, but it is not Excel and is not certified for any regulated or safety-critical use. Check any result that matters in Excel itself.
